Beautiful architecture, spacious rooms, stunning views
Wifi connection is spotty when you're in the rooms!!! The laundry service left stains on my clothes—definitely not ideal!!! Also, a hot tub could make this place much more relaxing!!!

Super chill spot with amazing staff
I spent 3 nights in a cozy double room with stunning views. The staff really stood out – super friendly and helpful with local tips. Loved the relaxing jacuzzi after long hikes! The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good too, especially the lamb. Just wish the WiFi worked better in the room.

Breathtaking views from panoramic windows create an unforgettable backdrop while you enjoy breakfast. Unique eco-friendly architecture fits seamlessly into the surrounding landscape, enhancing the overall experience.
WiFi struggled to reach the room, which can be a hassle especially considering spotty mobile reception. The windows don't open, making the room stuffy and in need of better ventilation. Lighting lacked warmth and functionality, with no reading light available. Breakfast options felt basic, lacking some variety. Some areas showed signs of wear, with chipping paint adding to an overall dated vibe. The protruding corners of the bed were a real shin-snapper, so watch your step if you're prone to bumps.

You have to try their home-made jams at breakfast—so delish and a perfect start to your day! The views from the restaurant overlooking the lake and mountains are a total vibe. Plus, the staff were super helpful and accommodating, making our stay nothing short of amazing.
Now, a little cheeky critique, the WiFi was as unreliable as a summer shower in Patagonia, only working in the common areas.

It's just an appropriate option for a swift visit in Puerto Natales with good price-value balance. The restaurant's King crab chupe was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Watch out for the bed corners. you might bump into them!
